Is Your Starter a Little Runny?

If you find your starter seems a little too thin/runny, you can decrease the water amount during the feeding. I use 100 grams of starter, 100 grams of Unbleached bread flour and 75-80 grams of  room temperature bottled or filtered water. That'll fix the issue!
